Punto y Raya short film panorama
Punto y Raya Festival - Abstract Art in Motion.
For four days in the Sacristy Museum of Architecture, we will watch movies selected by the curator review Maciek Bączyk.
Punto y Raya Festival is a festival devoted to abstract film organised by MAD - Moviment d’Alliberament Digital, a non-profit association devoted to cultural engineering through the development of projects involving Art, Science and Technology. Punto y Raya Festival has five editions under its belt, with the participation of over 1.500 artists and an archive of nearly 1.800 films. The next edition of Punto y Raya Festival will take place from October 20th through 23rd 2016 at ZKM Center for Art and Media in Karlsruhe, Germany.
No representation, only Dots and Lines! The festival that’s earned the title of “most abstract in the world” explores the creative possibilities of these basic graphic expressions, and the intrinsic relationship between sound and non‐representational imagery. A feast of pure Form, Colour, Motion and Sound.
